Harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate cancellation of the commission and blacklisting of the individual. This includes harm directed towards others.

All payments are processed via PayPal invoice.

Illustration commissions require full payment upfront.

Tattoo designs require a down payment, with the balance due upon completion, based on revisions. If the final payment is not made, the design will be resold to recover costs.

Payments are final; no refunds or cancellations will be issued after payment is received.

Major revisions are accepted during the sketch phase.

After the sketch phase, only minor revisions (e.g., color changes, small pose adjustments) are permitted.

As the creator, I retain all rights to the artwork.

Commissioners may use the artwork for personal purposes only, with proper credit. Commercial use rights must be negotiated separately.

The artwork may not be sold, including as NFTs or through other implied representations.

Commissioners may not modify the artwork, including the removal of watermarks or signatures, without explicit permission.

Tattoo designs are for the personal use of the commissioner only and may not be shared or reused by others.
